To complement our testing and verification activities, we provide tailored contracts for ongoing support, re-qualification, routine monitoring and maintenance for contamination-controlled facilities and equipment.

However, not all Validair support activities involve specific monitoring, testing or verification of clean air or contamination-controlled environments. Our expertise extends to equally vital initiatives such as sharing advice and best practice procedures as well as on-site support services that include equipment location solutions, decontamination, balancing and the supply and installation of critical filters for customer facilities.

PPM & FILTER MANAGEMENT

We offer a full range of remedial and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) support services for contamination-controlled facilities and equipment. These services include:

• Filter management, replacements and installation

  • Carbon filters
• Air conditioning and refrigeration maintenance and inspection services

AIR HANDLING SYSTEM COMMISSIONING AND BALANCING

We provide a comprehensive commissioning package for the pre-commissioning, setting to work and balancing of air systems, which covers air handling systems for:

• Cleanrooms
• Containment Suites
• Operating Theatres
• Isolation Wards
• IVF Suites

All commissioning is in accordance with CIBSE and BSRIA Commissioning Codes.

DECONTAMINATION SERVICE

Validair has long been involved in decontamination processes as a business partner to selected providers. But as part of our full-service commitment to our customers, we now deploy specialist equipment that utilises chlorine dioxide dry gas technology to deliver an excellent, rapid and efficient decontamination service. We use our Clordisys dry gas generation system to decontaminate a variety of facilities as well as the equipment contained within those facilities:

• Safety Cabinets
• Containment Suites
• Isolators
• Cleanrooms and Clean Air Devices

Our specially trained staff who operate and manage the decontamination service work with our customers to ensure the most efficient provision and timely delivery that suits the customer’s operations to achieve the best outcome. Our decontamination contracts are supported by our proven expertise in clean air testing and validation. These two services really do work in perfect unison.
