Restructured top management roles set us up for expansion.

We have exciting news to share that gears us up for planned expansion. The roles of Andrea and Mike, two of the directors in our top management team, are being strategically repositioned to immediately improve our organisational structure, streamline our procedures and set the stage for the dynamic growth that we foresee in the coming years.

Andrea Bishop will assume the role of Business Support Director. That role includes new business development, which capitalises on Andrea’s experience in business and operations support as well as her detailed knowledge of our portfolio of services. She is the ideal person to manage and drive our sales initiatives.

Mike Thomas will step into the role of Operations Director with overall responsibility for operational activities. With his extensive experience, Mike is the perfect fit for this role where he will manage and optimise our processes and procedures, enhance efficiency and continually improve the legendary high standards that define our business.

Not only does this strategy align us for future growth, it directly benefits our current and prospective customers by allowing us to deliver a more effective and responsive service solution.
